Thank you, all of my followers!
steggiec asked: For the $100 customer: Go to the bank. Apart from McD, I also work as a bank teller. I have no problem when customers ask me to break down their money order into smaller segments. That's what I'm here for. I do the same when I'm at the bank, because I would like to pay with 3 $1 bills for a $3 order, and not a $20 bill if I can help it. If there's absolutely no way around it, I understand, but then the customer has to understand that they will be getting a lot of smaller denominations back.
I personally like using my card for things at name brand places for small orders if I don’t have the right cash on hand. I never mind swiping someone’s card for a dollar or two dollar order. Heck, it’s faster then cash anyways even if they have small bills!
At my store we’re not allowed to bring in our own drinks to keep in the breakroom. I just keep bringing in tea in my own container and no one has stopped me. It’s been over three months now since I started doing that.
I drink water in front of customers now and keep one behind the till. I don’t give a fuck anymore after working at McDonald’s for three year its ridiculous we hardly have enough time to keep ourselves hydrated. Sometimes I would go hours without a sip of water. It kills when its boiling in the store and hot outside.
Anonymous asked: Lmao are u seriously calling the guy who gave you the $100 bill a horrible person? Because he gave you your months check in one bill? Did that upset you?? Seriously you sound pathetic. You have to be at work anyway, do ur damn job. If someone hands you a big bill, you get change for it. Now go get my my fucking order clown
Ohhhhh, it’s a troll! Hello troll.
I could tell you why you’re an idiot, but, you know, that’s just a fact of life. It’s like pointing out that the sun rises in the east, or that one day you’re going to say something like this to someone and get your ass handed to you.
Now go fuck off, pissant.

Okay so I’m in a really bad pickle and need some help.
My fiance and I have no money. Literally ten dollars. He’s working two jobs and I lost mine the first of May. We don’t have money for our rent, our bills, our anything. We don’t have anything worth selling and things are…
So a while back I mentioned that if I got 175 followers, I’d work on an animation for the blog. As of writing this, I now have 193.
Since it’s summer, I have some time now to do something like that. I’ll be looking into what sort of thing I want to do (probably something relatively short and simple at first), but I’ll at least produce an animatic to show everyone. I’m not the best of drawers, but I hope it’ll be good enough.
As it is, I am considering turning one of my old posts into some kind of animation. I am willing to take suggestions, and I might compile some and put it to a vote, as well.
Anonymous asked: Thank you and everyone for the advice for the overnight. I meant to send it to McDs Horror Stories but forgot to copy the question and didn't feel like rewriting it. I'm glad I don't mind cleaning too much. I'm looking forward to it (a bit) it'll be cool to see what happens. Thanks so much! Love the blog!
Good luck with it, and glad you got the advice you were looking for! And glad you like the blog!
We had this one regular who always comes into drive thru, always gets the same thing, and is…not the nicest of guys. He gets huffy when someone takes more then a couple of seconds to input his order (which takes some time because we have to substitute stuff on his sandwich to keep our inventory right), and never, ever acknowledges us.
I’ve noticed I haven’t seen him in a couple weeks.
He was a regular I really didn’t like. He wasn’t outright hostile, just extremely rude and annoying, but I certainly don’t miss him coming around.
Also, that creeper I’ve mentioned before seems to have stopped showing up. No idea if he’s hounding the girl who does back drive in the morning when I’m not there though. I certainly hope he isn’t.
until-thesun asked: to the anon about overnighting. fiddlestix is right. theres a lot of cleaning. and most restaurants dont have a manager after close so rude customers can be a hassle. its not too terrible and theres a pay increase as well as you should be getting paid breaks
Thanks for the extra advice to our compatriot!
